I eventually got £5,000 more than the asking price within 1 month of being up for sale, I would recommend if you want a sale with a personal touch. Here’s the best letting agency in town. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Unlike other agencies, Benbury’s have so much respect and regards for us these years we’ve been with them. They help build great relationship with our landlord, who’s also the best landlord, which makes us feel really welcomed at the property we are renting. It’s not just all about the money/rent. Fantastic service! Found me potential buyers quickly and above the price I was expecting. When the sale fell through, they promptly did the same again and exceeded my best previous offer! When the sale got slowed down by legal problems, they did an outstanding job to keep everyone involved up to date (so crucial for keeping the deal together) and went well more than the extra mile to help contribute to resolving the problems. A wonderful team of true professionals. Highly recommended!
